Travel to Bhutan on our 14-day Bhutan Holiday Highlights  to discover this relatively unknown Himalayan country with its wealth of scenic wonders to explore. Wander the streets of Thimphu, the ‘cosmopolitan’ capital, with its wide, tree-lined avenues where the modern world is most in evidence living alongside traditional Bhutanese culture. Spin the prayer wheels at Punakha Dzong with its stunning representations of the life of Buddha as well as visit Chimi Lhakhang, the temple of Lama Drukpa Kunley, also known as the divine mad monk.

Head to the remote Haa Valley and atop the Cheli La Pass enjoy panoramic views of the valley below as well as impressive Mount Jomolhari rising over 7,300 metres in the distance. End with a hike to Taktshang Goemba, Bhutan’s most revered monastery, perched aside a cliff with sweeping views down the Paro Valley. Explore the complex and light a butter lamp in the chapel before descending for a well deserved cup of tea.

If you are in the marketplace for reasonably priced towels that will get the job done (and look good hanging in your kitchen), consider these dish cloths from DII. https://rant.li/qhd/a-href-ember-lineage66-com-home-php
